At George & Furiends, we want you and your furry companion to love your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your item is unused, in original condition and packaging, and you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, we may offer a store credit or exchange at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a tracked shipping method as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
To request a return, please email georgeandfuriends@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. We’ll get back to you with the next steps.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, please email us at georgeandfuriends@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
